The Broch philosophy
We draw inspiration from our family history and origins to prepare dishes combining tradition, innovation, and love for nature. That’s why we use only local, low-impact ingredients. For example, we make butter and cheese from our cows’ milk. And our vegetables, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries come from our garden. This way, we’re sure the dishes you’ll find on our menu are always fresh and healthy.

Cicerbita for our vegetable Lasagna, wild nettles for our green Canederli, Erba Luigia, cumin, borage for our soups, bog pine, and sweet woodruff to add extra punch to our Grappa are just a few herbs that we use to make our dishes even more unique.
